We do not resell any cloud provider, model vendor or GPU supplier. We do not earn commission, referral fees or rebates. Our only interest is the decision the client is making.

What is Infrastructure Diligence?
Independent technical and commercial diligence for investors and operators evaluating GPU infrastructure, AI data centres or large-scale compute investments. It examines the assumptions behind an investment - power, GPU availability, utilisation, delivery, customers and economics - before capital is committed. Where the evidence does not support the investment, the recommendation can be to stop.
What is Infrastructure Intelligence?
Independent, continuously updated analysis of the AI compute market: GPU hardware, capacity availability, pricing, providers, architecture, technology and deployment options. It gives organisations and investors a vendor-neutral view of what the market actually offers and what it costs, rather than what individual providers quote.
What is AI compute brokerage?
Acting as an independent intermediary between organisations and AI infrastructure providers - sourcing, comparing and negotiating access to GPU capacity, cloud AI services and dedicated compute on the organisation's behalf. A broker with no vendor affiliation has no incentive to favour any particular provider, which is what makes independent brokerage valuable.
What is sovereign AI?
AI inference conducted within a specific national jurisdiction, on infrastructure that is government-accredited, privately operated or run by a domestically-registered entity. It is distinct from standard GDPR compliance and is typically required by public sector, defence and regulated financial services organisations where physical data residency within a nation-state is a hard legal or policy requirement.
What is GPU compute?
GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) compute is the hardware infrastructure that powers AI model training and inference. GPUs are significantly faster than CPUs for the parallel matrix operations required by neural networks. The type, quantity and procurement route for GPU capacity has a major impact on both AI performance and AI infrastructure cost.
