Platform and advisory services

RaisePath provides AI infrastructure intelligence, compute comparison data and advisory services. Our platform data is informational and reflects market conditions at the time of publication. It should not be construed as financial, legal or regulatory advice.

Compute Audit engagements are subject to a separate engagement letter and statement of work agreed between RaisePath and the client prior to commencement.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, data visualisations and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to RaisePath, a trading brand of FusionPoint Associates. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.

Benchmark data, provider comparisons and routing intelligence published by RaisePath are proprietary and may not be scraped, republished or redistributed commercially.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaisePath, a trading brand of FusionPoint Associates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on any information provided.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the website shall not exceed £100.

Third-party links and providers

Our platform references third-party AI providers and infrastructure services for comparative purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the services of those providers. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.

Governing law
