RaisePath is a trading brand of FusionPoint Associates, an AI infrastructure intelligence and brokerage business operating in England and Wales. We operate the RaisePath platform, providing compute comparison, advisory and procurement services to enterprise clients.

For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, FusionPoint Associates (trading as RaisePath) is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request early access or book a compute audit via our website, we collect: your full name, company name, work email address, details you provide about your current AI providers, estimated AI spend, and any additional information you choose to share.

We also collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, pages visited and session duration through our analytics infrastructure. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, process audit requests, send you relevant updates about the RaisePath platform (where you have consented), and improve our services based on aggregated usage insights.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Legal basis for processing

Our legal basis for processing your personal data is: legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries, operating the platform), contract (fulfilling audit and advisory engagements), and consent (where you opt in to receiving communications).

Data retention

We retain enquiry and contact data for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Audit engagement data is retained for 5 years to fulfil contractual and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
