Commercial Origination

We bring qualified demand to your infrastructure.

RaisePath acts as a Strategic Commercial Origination Partner to AI infrastructure developers and operators. We identify and engage qualified customers, facilitate commercial relationships and support the development of long-term compute and infrastructure agreements.

The Mandate

What we do on your behalf.

Capacity with no contracted demand is a financing problem. Origination is the work of turning speculative capacity into agreements with customers who can actually consume it.

01
Identify qualified customers
We map the organisations that genuinely need your capacity, separate real demand from exploratory interest, and establish who holds the budget and the decision.
02
Engage and qualify
We open and run the commercial conversation. Workload requirements, timing, geography and commercial constraints are tested before your team spends time on them.
03
Facilitate the relationship
We sit between technical evaluation and commercial negotiation, keeping both sides moving and making sure what is promised can actually be delivered.
04
Support the agreement
We support the development of long-term compute and infrastructure agreements, including term, commitment, pricing structure, service levels and renewal mechanics.
Who This Is For

Operators with capacity to place.

  • →AI infrastructure developers bringing new capacity online
  • →GPU cloud and specialist compute operators
  • →Data centre operators adding accelerated compute
  • →Infrastructure funds and developers with capacity to place
  • →Operators entering a new geography or customer segment
How Independence Is Protected

We do not act for both sides.

Origination is a sell-side mandate. Our buyer-side work (compute audits, infrastructure diligence, GPU sourcing) is a buy-side mandate. We do not run both on the same transaction, and we do not advise a buyer on a provider we are engaged to represent.

Every engagement states which side we are on before work begins. That boundary is what allows a client to trust the conclusion, whichever side of the table they sit on.

How It Runs

From capacity to contracted demand.

01 · Mandate
We agree the capacity in scope, the customer profile that fits it, the commercial parameters and how success is measured.
02 · Market map
We build a qualified target list from workload demand, existing infrastructure commitments and known procurement activity.
03 · Engagement
We approach and qualify buyers directly, run initial conversations and bring you the accounts worth your team's time.
04 · Commercial support
We stay in the process through evaluation, pricing and contracting, supporting the terms that make an agreement durable.
