AI Compute Diagnostics: Find Out What Your Infrastructure Is Really Costing You

Most organisations are overpaying for AI compute without knowing it. Our structured commercial diagnostics reveal exactly where spend is leaking, what risk your current setup creates, and which routes you should be taking instead. A Compute Diagnostic typically pays for itself within the first year.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before engaging a diagnostic.

What does a diagnostic actually cover?

We map your entire AI infrastructure position: current providers, cloud and GPU spend, model and API usage, contract terms, routing decisions, compliance exposure and every procurement alternative you have not yet explored. The output is a commercially structured view of where money is leaking, what risk your current setup creates, and which routes you should take instead.

How long does the engagement take?

The AI Compute Assessment (from £7,750 + VAT) completes within 5–10 business days. The AI Infrastructure Diagnostic (from £25,750 + VAT) typically runs 2–4 weeks. The Enterprise AI Compute Review (from £48,750 + VAT) runs 4–12 weeks depending on scope. All timelines are confirmed before any engagement begins.

Do you need access to our cloud accounts or billing systems?

No direct system access is required. Exported billing reports and usage summaries from your cloud provider dashboards are sufficient in most cases. For deeper diagnostics, we may request read-only access to cost management tools, agreed in advance and revoked on completion. We never require write access to any system.

How much can we realistically expect to save?

For organisations spending £50,000–£500,000 per year on AI infrastructure, identified savings typically range from 15–40% of annual spend. Common sources include right-sizing reserved capacity, substituting cheaper equivalent models, consolidating duplicated tools and renegotiating cloud contracts. The diagnostic fee is structured to pay for itself within the first year.

What do we receive at the end of the engagement?

Every diagnostic includes a written findings report, a prioritised optimisation roadmap and an executive readout session. The Infrastructure Diagnostic and Enterprise Review include a board-ready report structured for finance and leadership teams, not just technical staff. The Enterprise Review adds a dedicated CFO, CTO and leadership workshop.
